Write for us
We welcome pitches that make an everyday wellbeing subject clearer, more specific or easier to think about. A strong proposal offers a fresh angle without promising a transformation or pretending one approach suits everyone.
What we welcome
Pitch original explanatory pieces, thoughtful comparisons, background stories and low-pressure guides about habits, rest, attention, connection or surroundings. A proposal should help general readers understand an idea or consider a safe, manageable experiment. We are not seeking diagnosis, treatment instructions, miracle claims or content that requires specialist training to use.
What makes a good pitch
Use the Contact page to send a concise outline. Tell us the central question, the main point readers will take away, why the angle is useful and what makes it distinct from familiar advice. Flag any sources, relevant experience or potential conflicts that would help us assess the idea. Please do not send confidential material.
Before sending
We may ask questions or suggest a narrower focus, and a pitch is not a promise of publication. Do not submit a complete commissioned-style article unless requested. Include a way for us to reply through the contact form, and allow room for careful editing and fact-checking.
Wellbeing is not a project to perfect
We look for ideas that can bend around real life. Try a small change, keep what helps, and let the rest go.
